Pepsi will no longer be sponsoring Pepsi Porch

Starting next season, Pepsi and the Mets will no longer have a sponsorship agreement at Citi Field,  according to a report in the Sports Business Journal (Nov. 9, 3:35 pm).

This means Pepsi will no longer sponsor the upper-level porch at Citi Field, which had been called the “Pepsi Porch” since the stadium opened in 2009.

The report does not indicate the current relationship between the Mets and Pepsi, what will happen to the sign, the “Pepsi Party Patrol,” or any potential sponsors that may replace the soft drink giant.
